Who we are
Everest Core is an internal workspace operated by Everest Commerce Group B.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands. It is used by our team and invited collaborators to document and run the company's operating model.
What we process
When you sign in we receive your name and email address from your identity provider (Google, via Auth0). While you use the workspace we store the content you and your team create on the board, your comments, and basic activity data such as when you were last online. We do not collect data from your Google account beyond your basic profile, and we never post or change anything in your Google account.
Why we process it
Sign-in data is used for authentication and access control: only invited members can open the workspace, and what each member can see and change is based on the access level granted to their email address. Board content exists so the team can collaborate on one shared operating model.
Where it lives
Data is hosted with our processors: Supabase (database, EU region), Vercel (application hosting) and Auth0 (authentication). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while you are a member of the workspace. When your access is removed, your sign-in data is no longer used. You can ask us at any time to view or delete personal data we hold about you.
